- Dark, Leafy Greens- this includes collards, spinach, kale, and any greens that contain lutein and beta-carotene (vitamin A)
- Green Tea- the polyphenols in green tea are powerful antioxidants that help prevent breast, prostate, colon, stomach, and skin cancer
