The "Fresh Stops" refrigerator program is a collaborative effort between the City of Spartanburg, PAL, and Hub City Roots. The program aims to improve food accessibility in Spartanburg by providing fresh foods directly to communities that have been historically marginalized. You can find our Fresh Stops housed at CC Woodson Community Center and the Dr. TK Gregg Community Center.
