Hollie Shelton

Development Associate

Hollie is an Appalachian hailing from Sylva, NC. She is an AmeriCorps VISTA member who is serving at Hub City Roots. She spent the last year at United Way serving in a direct service role; being heavily involved with the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program and providing resources for the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in media and journalism from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a strong proponent of equity and is very excited about experiencing every facet of Hub City Roots and helping with the Saturday market.
